Ember & Bean began with a simple belief: great coffee brings people together. What started as a weekend pop-up at the local farmers market has grown into a neighborhood gathering place loved for its welcoming atmosphere and uncompromising quality.

We partner directly with small farms across Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, paying fair prices and building lasting relationships. Our head roaster profiles each origin to highlight its unique character — whether you prefer a bright pour-over or a rich, velvety flat white.
